Manager, FP&A

Olo is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance & Accounting Team in our New York City headquarters. The Manager of FP&A will work cross-functionally within the organization as a data-driven advisor and enthusiastic partner on strategic and tactical issues. Candidates should enjoy undertaking rigorous analyses and working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position in downtown New York City.


  • Build, update and maintain Monthly Rolling Forecast Models, inclusive of sensitivity analysis and variance reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of Monthly Metrics and Monthly Financial Reporting, as well as other ad hoc Board reporting packages.
  • Assist with the Annual Budgeting process, preparing Budget models and Department P&L’s.
  • In close coordination with the Product Team, build, update and maintain Product/Module P&L’s.
  • Working together with the Sales and Customer Success Teams, assist in the creation of Customer P&L’s and Prospect Deal Analyses.
  • Work with the various functional team members  to build, maintain and continually assess pricing models at the company and have a good understanding of pricing models across the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on market conditions, markets, public comparables, and provide the Executive Team with insights gained from the broader SaaS segment.
  • Connect with the Partnerships Team to assess business development deals, build and maintain the P&L’s for current and potential partnerships.
  • Continually evaluate revenue and expense drivers and offer strategic insights into revenue maximization and expense reduction.
  • Support the selection and implementation of Budgeting and Procurement tools.
  • Manage Sr. Financial Analyst.


  • M.S. in Finance or Accounting, or MBA with a concentration in Finance.
  • 5-7 years of experience, prior experience managing a small team.
  • Investment banking or Private Equity experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and building complex, flexible models.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Intacct a plus.
  • Knowledge of Looker or other BI tools, SQL and Grow a plus.
  • Strong interest in the restaurant technology industry.
  • Background in SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate your analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives.
  • Ability to work independently when needed and collaborate cross-functionally.
