Executive Operations Assistant

Olo is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to assist our Founder & CEO as well as manage office operations to foster a positive and enjoyable workplace. We’re looking for a team player with excellent organizational skills, impressive follow-through, and the utmost attention to detail. This is a full-time position in our New York City office.


  • Support the CEO by managing day-to-day matters including, but not limited to, preparing and coordinating communications, complex calendar management, meeting logistics for internal and external appointments, travel arrangements, facilitating changes to daily events as necessary, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items by acting as a liaison for direct reports.
  • Proactively build relationships with employees across all departments, levels and locations, gaining trust and credibility.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Olo and its Board of Directors.
  • Assist the CEO in managing Board meeting prep and the creation of Board materials.
  • Work with the Marketing team to manage inbound speaking and interview requests for the CEO.
  • Ensure a positive internal and external first impression and reputation of Olo.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly office, creating a happy and productive environment.
  • Handle all matters surrounding company facilities. Proactively seek out the most effective, cost-efficient vendors for numerous services.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to assist with NYC office environment and office expansions.
  • Assist the People + Culture team with event coordination - lunches, happy hours, and other team-building activities.
  • Special projects for the People + Culture and Executive teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years experience as an executive assistant and/or office manager.
  • Spidey sense; understands urgency.
  • Impeccable, aggressive, follow-up skills.
  • High energy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company.
  • Ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Perfectionist.
  • A "can-do" approach -- you'll be expected to make magic happen!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and a whiz at using Google Docs.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, while maintaining robust organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Solutions-driven and “get-it-done” mentality.
  • Local to NYC and able to work in our Financial District office.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
