Account Coordinator - Deployment

Olo’s Deployment Team is responsible for working with new restaurant brands from kickoff to launch. They manage the client relationship throughout the online ordering project. The Deployment Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating deployment projects to assist in expediting launches while working with various members of the Customer Success Team to improve documentation and processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, have a focus on providing great hospitality, and enjoy taking the initiative to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. 

This is a full-time position in downtown New York City.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between customers, internal departments, and partners to provide clear and accurate project plans and deployment documentation to customers.
  • Work with Deployment Managers to compile detailed onboarding documentation.
  • Lead onboarding conversations with customers and help navigate customers through the deployment and onboarding process.
  • Report weekly progress on customer statuses and assist in troubleshooting issues impeding a launch. 
  • Collaborate with Deployment Managers across multiple projects in various stages to facilitate efficient and successful launch of customers.
  • Document accurate and complete customer details in our CRM software.
  • Ensure customers receive optimum levels of service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for process improvement or gaps in existing documentation and document/share learnings with team.
  • Work in tandem with the Customer Success Management Team to ensure a seamless transition following customer launch.
  • Export data from various tools and analyze/evaluate trends, compiling data for leadership reports

Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience as an Account or Project Manager.
  • Outstanding ability to clearly and tactfully articulate problems and resolutions.
  • Highly organized.
  • Analytical thinker
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.  
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Drive, etc.), as well as strong internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems by utilizing available tools/resources.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated, quick learner.
  • Experience with Excel, Asana, Jira, Bloomfire, Pipedrive, Formstack, and Zendesk a plus.
