Partnerships Fall/Winter Intern

Olo is seeking a Partnerships Intern to join the Partnerships Team in New York City. The successful candidate will help manage current food ordering marketplace and third party relationships for Olo. The candidate will coordinate with various internal groups at Olo (Product, Sales, Finance, Customer Success), with the goal of expanding Olo’s food ordering footprint and creating an even-more robust and responsive offering for Olo’s restaurant and foodservice brands. 

The role will require detail orientation, strong follow-up and analytical skills to monitor transactional performance, identify trends and opportunities, collaborate and communicate internally on necessary enhancements, resolve customer care issues and manage ongoing marketplace and third party needs.

This is a part-time fall/winter internship. Working less than 30/hours a week (this is flexible) with the opportunity to receive college credits. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance metrics via Looker and escalate performance issues or changes in performance quality for internal course correction.
  • Work on marketplace relationships to understand evolving marketplace needs and pain points. 
  • Work with internal Specialist team to launch new marketplaces. 
  • Work with Olo’s internal teams to collect necessary marketplace, third party and/or brand feedback on Olo’s products and services.
  • Coordinate with Finance team to solve billing and refund issues.
  • Work with brands to get buy-in on participating in new ordering partnerships.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university. Engineering and/or Product experience helpful.
  • Outstanding ability to clearly and tactfully articulate problems and resolutions.
  • Highly organized project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently when needed and collaborate cross-functionally internally to advocate on behalf of our partners and their needs.
  • Top-­notch communication skills.
  • Ability to collect and share feedback from partners and brands.
  • Experience managing clients or relevant project management work preferred.
  • Strong interest in the restaurant technology industry.
  • Legally able to work in the U.S.
